        CHALLENGE

        Member data was fragmented across three separate content collections in the existing CMS, making it unreliable to display personalized content. Users had to authenticate separately for different parts of the platform, creating friction in the experience. No infrastructure existed for generating or caching personalized AI content at scale.

        SOLUTION

        Designed and built a unified database architecture with 4 normalized tables to consolidate member data. Engineered custom JWT token handoff between two separate authentication systems, eliminating redundant logins. Integrated OpenAI API with intelligent caching layer to generate personalized reports while controlling costs and latency. Implemented rate limiting, email alerting for system failures, and admin controls for cache management.

        CHALLENGE

        A service organization needed to generate customized strategy documents for clients, but the manual process required 1-2 weeks per document. The workflow involved gathering client information through multiple touchpoints, conducting research, developing tailored content, and formatting everything into professional deliverables. This bottleneck limited client capacity and created unpredictable delivery timelines.

        SOLUTION

        Designed and built an end-to-end automation pipeline that transformed the entire process. Users complete a single intake form → automation platform orchestrates the workflow → AI generates customized content based on dynamic prompts → content populates branded document templates → automatic formatting applies → finished documents deliver to designated locations. Implemented comprehensive error handling with real-time notifications for any workflow failures.

        CHALLENGE

        Three separate organizations needed comprehensive learning platforms with vastly different requirements: one needed internal employee training for 40+ people with role-based learning paths, another required configuration for 50+ employees with provided content, and a third needed a public-facing paid course platform with unlimited enrollment capability. Each required different technical implementations, content strategies, and administrative approaches.

        SOLUTION

        Built and administered three distinct LMS implementations tailored to each organization's needs. For Organization A (40+ employees): created course content from scratch and architected full system including multiple role-specific learning paths. For Organization B (50+ employees): configured system architecture and learning paths, built structure and delivery mechanism for provided content. For Organization C (public-facing): built course delivery system, edited provided content for online learning format, managed complete technical setup for unlimited enrollment.

Roughly half required full e-commerce functionality with live payment processing, inventory management, and secure checkout flows. Projects ranged from company career pages and client-facing information portals to complete brand websites with custom functionality. Each required different technical approaches, design aesthetics, and business requirements.

        SOLUTION

For e-commerce sites: integrated payment gateways, configured product catalogs, implemented secure checkout systems, and set up inventory tracking.         Multiple operational workflows required manual coordination: client deliverables needed approval tracking, tasks lacked deadline accountability, and processes had no standardized documentation. Manual follow-ups consumed hours of management time weekly. No visibility into pending items, approaching deadlines, or workflow bottlenecks. Teams operated in email silos with inconsistent handoffs and lost communications.

        SOLUTION

        Built comprehensive automation suite within Google Workspace using Apps Script. Deliverables System: automatic client notifications when work is uploaded, status-based alerts to team, centralized tracking with timestamps. Deadline Alert System: 3-day advance warnings for uncompleted tasks, escalation notifications until completion, manager visibility without manual checking.
